CONSULTING AGREEMENT

This Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the Effective Date, upon initial payment, by and between Leonie Kaiser, with company number ESY5259229V, and an address of Calle Italia 13, portal 2, 1E, 42005 Soria, Spain (the "Consultant"), and yourself, the "Client," collectively referred to as "the Parties."

CONSULTING SESSIONS
The Consultant will provide 8 consulting sessions to the Client over the course of 8 months, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes.

TERMS
This Agreement will begin upon acceptance. The fee for the 8-week 1:1 consulting package is either a single payment of $697.00 or a split payment of 2x $349.00 (sums up to $698.00), payable in advance.

The services to be provided by the Consultant to the Client are consulting via Zoom Web-Conferencing. Consulting, which is not therapy or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the Client's life or profession.

CONSULTING COMMITMENT
The Client commits to completing the entire 8-week consulting series, including the accompanying financial commitment.

During the initial 30 days of the consulting series, the Client has the option to request a refund if the service does not deliver the expected results, as agreed upon in the kick-off session. To qualify for a refund, the Client must actively participate in the weekly sessions and prove implementation of the agreed-upon actions.
However, please note that after 30 days, no refunds will be granted for any part of the consulting series.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
The session time is reserved especially for the Client, with preparation done by the Consultant ahead of time. The Consultant values the time together and expects the Client to do the same by respecting and keeping the appointments.

If the Client needs to reschedule or cancel a session, no cancellation fees will be charged, but the Client is encouraged to give 24 hours notice whenever possible.

SESSION TIMING
Each of the consulting sessions will last for one hour, except for the kick-off session, which will last for 90 minutes. If the Client arrives late for the appointment, it may not be possible to extend the session time due to other appointments or commitments.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All matters discussed between the Client and the Consultant, whether via phone, Zoom, or email, will remain fully confidential. The Consultant will keep and dispose of the Client's records in accordance with appropriate Privacy Laws.

CONTACT
The Client is welcome to contact the Consultant via email or messenger between sessions to help solve any issues or answer any questions that may arise while implementing the work agreed upon in the sessions.

ACTIONS
Momentum will only be gained if the Client undertakes the agreed actions between consulting sessions. The Client agrees to perform all actions set between sessions and to advise the Consultant with as much notice as possible if they are not going to be completed. The Client will not hold the Consultant responsible for not achieving (in whole or part) any of their goals and recognizes that outside of consulting sessions, stated actions can only be carried out by the Client.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Client does not have the right to use or reproduce any of the processes, techniques, presentations, methodologies, or materials used by the Consultant outside of the consulting series and must not reproduce any materials given to them except for their own personal use.

The Client accepts these terms by checking the terms and conditions checkbox and agrees to pay all related invoices as they fall due.
